The company is seeking a proactive sales professional who can build strong market relationships and contribute to sustained business growth across Delhi, Faridabad, and Greater Noida. Responsibilities Identify prospective customers, dealers, contractors, architects, builders, and institutional buyers across the assigned territories. Generate leads, conduct product presentations, understand customer requirements, and recommend suitable doors and windows solutions. Manage the complete sales cycle from initial enquiry and quotation coordination through negotiation, order closure, and follow-up. Develop long-term relationships with channel partners and customers while tracking competitor activity and local market opportunities. Maintain accurate sales records, share regular sales updates, and work toward monthly revenue and business development targets. Requirements Experience of 6 months to 1 year in field sales, business development, building materials, construction products, or a related sector. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management abilities. Comfort with frequent local travel and direct engagement with customers and channel partners in the assigned locations. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of managing leads independently while collaborating with internal teams. Relevant experience selling doors, windows, hardware, fenestration, or allied building products will be valuable. Compensation: ₹20,000-₹30,000 per month. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Delhi, Faridabad, or Greater Noida.
