The role involves visiting customers, identifying their needs, resolving concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities Visit customers regularly to maintain and strengthen business relationships. Acquire new customers through field visits and referrals. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services. Ensure timely follow-up on customer queries and resolve issues effectively. Meet assigned sales and customer acquisition targets. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service. Collect customer feedback and provide market insights to the management. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and field visits. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports. Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities. Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 1-4 years of experience in field sales, customer relationship management, BFSI, real estate, telecom, or a similar industry.
