Responsibilities Source, screen, and recruit blue-collar candidates for various clients in the Mumbai (Kalyan) and Surat regions. Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for specific roles. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Achieve recruitment targets and contribute to the overall success of the team. Travel extensively within the assigned regions to meet candidates and clients. Requirements 1-2 years of experience in blue-collar hiring. Proven track record of successful recruitment in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must possess a bike for travel and a laptop for work purposes. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Familiarity with the Mumbai (Kalyan) and Surat job markets is an added advantage. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
