Responsibilities: Develop and execute field marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation in target markets. Organize and participate in local events, workshops, and seminars to promote products/services. Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, vendors, and community organizations. Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts. Prepare reports on campaign performance and market trends. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using marketing tools and CRM software is a plus. Knowledge of the Marketing industry and local market dynamics in Chirala, Andhra Pradesh. Tally accounting knowledge. B.Com background.
