Follow engineering drawings, operating procedures, safety guidelines, and service-quality standards during field activities. Maintain accurate service reports, update work status, and communicate progress to supervisors and relevant stakeholders. Assist with troubleshooting connectivity, hardware, and site-level issues as required. Requirements: Suitable for freshers with an interest in telecom field engineering and technical operations. Strong willingness to learn, travel to assigned locations, and work in field environments. Basic understanding of telecommunications, electronics, electrical systems, or networking will be useful. Good communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and reporting skills. The role is full-time and in-office/field-based in Chennai, with an annual fixed CTC of ₹3,80,000.
