Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new customers through field sales and business development activities. Generate and qualify leads, conduct client meetings, and present insurance solutions. Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to policy closure. Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless policy processing and customer satisfaction. Maintain sales reports and achieve business targets. Requirements: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience in business development, field sales, lead generation, or account management. Prior experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage. Familiarity with the Hosur/Krishnagiri market is preferred. Basic knowledge of CRM or sales tracking tools. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred). Any Graduate with good communication skills.
