Indo tech magnetics pvt ltd is hiring for Marketing & Sales Coordinator Executive About the Company Indo tech magnetics pvt ltd is seeking a proactive Marketing & Sales Coordinator Executive to support business growth, customer engagement, and day-to-day sales coordination from its Mayapuri Industrial Area office in New Delhi. This is an opportunity for both freshers and experienced professionals who are enthusiastic about marketing, sales operations, and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities Coordinate marketing and sales activities across assigned customers, prospects, and internal teams. Generate and follow up on leads through calls, email, online channels, and other appropriate outreach methods. Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, customer interactions, and sales updates. Assist with preparing proposals, presentations, product information, and regular business reports. Work closely with operations and other departments to support timely customer responses and order coordination. Track market developments, customer requirements, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. Requirements Open to freshers as well as candidates with relevant marketing, sales, coordination, or customer-facing experience. Strong communication, interpersonal, follow-up, and relationship-management skills. Comfort with basic computer applications, email communication, and maintaining reports or spreadsheets. Organised, target-oriented, dependable, and willing to work from the Mayapuri Industrial Area office. A positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Compensation: ₹22,000-₹40,000 per month. Work arrangement: In-office. Employment type: Full-time.
