Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of face-to-face fundraisers to achieve fundraising targets. Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies and campaigns. Recruit, train, and motivate team members. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching. Ensure compliance with all fundraising regulations and ethical guidelines. Build and maintain strong relationships with donors and supporters. Represent the organization at various events and public engagements. Requirements More than 1 year of experience in face-to-face fundraising or a related field. Proven track record of achieving fundraising targets. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong understanding of fundraising principles and best practices. Passion for the mission of The Leprosy Mission Trust India. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
