Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of production and fabrication workers. Ensure all production targets are met efficiently and to the required quality standards. Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures on the production floor. Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring optimal levels. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions. Train and mentor new production staff. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion. Prepare production reports and maintain accurate records. Requirements Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in a fabrication environment. Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, tools, and machinery. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. A minimum of 1 year of experience is required for this role.
