About the Organization: The Leprosy Mission Trust India (TLMTI) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the care, treatment, and rehabilitation of people affected by leprosy. With a rich history spanning over a century, TLMTI operates hospitals, vocational training centers, and community-based programs across India. Roles and Responsibilities: Engage with the public in designated areas to raise awareness about leprosy and the work of The Leprosy Mission Trust India. Effectively communicate the mission and impact of TLMTI to potential donors. Secure new regular givers through face-to-face interactions and persuasive communication. Achieve and exceed individual and team fundraising targets. Adhere to ethical fundraising practices and organizational guidelines. Maintain accurate records of interactions and donations. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support fundraising efforts. Represent The Leprosy Mission Trust India with professionalism and enthusiasm. Contribute to a positive and motivated team environment. Provide feedback on public engagement and donor acquisition strategies. Requirements : This role is open to individuals who are passionate about social causes and possess excellent communication skills. While no specific educational qualifications are mandated, a genuine desire to contribute to the fight against leprosy is essential.
