Responsibilities: Prepare and process all necessary EXIM documentation, including shipping bills, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other related paperwork. Ensure compliance with all relevant import/export regulations and customs procedures. Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other external agencies to ensure timely movement of goods. Maintain accurate records of all documentation and shipments. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding shipment status and documentation requirements. Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to EXIM documentation. Stay updated on changes in international trade regulations and compliance requirements. Requirements: Proven experience in EXIM documentation or a similar role. Strong understanding of import and export procedures and regulations. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in relevant software and tools. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
