Key Responsibilities Import & Export Operations Coordinate the export and import processes of coffee and equipment Ensure adherence to international trade laws, customs requirements, certifications, and logistics best practices Support the Director in overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely procurement, import/export, and distribution of products and machinery with cost efficiency and operational excellence Ensure compliance with domestic and international regulatory standards, food safety requirements, and trade documentation protocols for global operations Ensure quality standards of all products are maintained Business Development & Marketing Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets Support strategic partnerships, distributor relationships, and market entry strategies aligned with the company vision Assist in the development and execution of branding, packaging, and marketing strategies across B2B, retail, and e-commerce channels Implement promotional campaigns and track their effectiveness to support brand positioning and growth Strengthen sales channels, support expansion into new markets, and manage key customer relationships Collaborate with sales teams to meet growth targets Conduct market research, compile business intelligence, and prepare analytical reports to support decision-making and strategic planning Monitor and assist in managing P&L performance across regions; track KPIs, prepare reports, and support corrective action planning Manage client and vendor communications Executive & Strategic Support Organize and facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including agenda creation, documentation, and tracking of action items Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for strategic discussions, board meetings, and client engagements Support the Director in the development and execution of high-priority projects and business initiatives Handle confidential an
