As an Executive Associate, you'll work across strategic projects, business operations, marketing, hiring, partnerships, and special initiatives. What You'll Do Support strategic and operational business initiatives. Assist in planning and executing key business projects. Conduct market, competitor, and industry research. Prepare presentations, reports, meeting notes, and business documents. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Track tasks, timelines, and follow up with stakeholders. Analyze business data and prepare actionable insights. Support hiring, recruitment coordination, and onboarding activities. Assist in business partnerships and vendor coordination. Help improve internal processes and operational efficiency. Organize meetings, maintain documentation, and manage action items. Take ownership of special projects and drive them to completion. Solve day-to-day business challenges with a proactive approach.
