Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed. Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure its security. Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives. Requirements: Have proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Have strong organizational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail. Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
