About the Company SkillsNCR is looking for an Events & Community Associate. We are seeking a proactive, presentable, and reliable individual who takes ownership and genuinely enjoys engaging with people and organizing events. Our focus is on workshops, exhibitions, and student events, aiming to build awareness and attract new students across Gurugram. Responsibilities Handle the full cycle of workshops, exhibitions, and student events, including coordinating vendors (canopies, standees, printing, branding) and managing the event on the day. Represent SkillsNCR at events, explaining our offerings, answering questions, collecting leads, and following up with interested parents. Scout for partnership opportunities - schools, societies, local communities - to expand our reach. Contribute to shaping strategies for building awareness and attracting new students in Gurugram. Requirements We are looking for someone who is comfortable talking to parents, running a stall, and ensuring events come together on the ground. You should enjoy organizing things, be able to handle a bit of chaos, and effectively communicate with parents about enrolling their children. While not mandatory, experience with running Instagram/LinkedIn for a brand, creating quick creatives in Canva, exposure to Meta Ads or digital campaigns, and basic lead tracking/analytics are a plus. We are open to candidates with relevant experience who can demonstrate a history of driving leads or successful events. This role offers an attractive salary plus performance incentives, with potential for growth into a core, long-term position with ESOPs as the company expands.
