Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in event management, public relations, or outreach. Proven ability to plan, execute, and manage successful events. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in event management software and tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
