About this role
Responsibilities: Database creation and enrichment via paid prospecting tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ContactOut, and Lusha to build targeted lists of enterprise accounts and decision-makers. Make cold calls to prospects from enriched databases with the goal of starting a genuine conversation, not reading from a script. Conduct LinkedIn outreach through connection requests, messages, and follow-ups as part of a multi-channel prospecting sequence for each account. Qualify prospects against ICP criteria, including organisation size, industry, decision-maker level, and readiness to engage, before moving them to the SQL stage. Represent YourDOST at industry roundtables, corporate wellness events, and networking forums, hosting and attending as required. Schedule discovery meetings with qualified prospects for the senior sales team, ensuring they are confirmed and attended by the right stakeholder. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication in English: clear, structured, and professional at all times. Strong email writing ability: crafts concise, purposeful outreach that earns a response. Pleasing, warm personality with the confidence to represent YourDOST at events and on calls with senior stakeholders. Comfortable building and maintaining structured trackers in Google Sheets, including basic formulas, filters, and consistent formatting. Standout Qualities: Genuinely empathetic about employee wellbeing; you believe mental health at work matters and can speak about it naturally when talking to prospects. Wants to build a long-term career in sales and business development; not looking for a short-term stint or a passive internship.
