<h2>&nbsp;</h2> <p class="p1"><strong>ABOUT THE JOB</strong></p> <p class="p1">We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Project/ Program Manager Intern to join our dynamic team. As an intern, you'll assist in managing our On Prem/Saas&nbsp; product delivery. You will assist in the planning, managing, and execution of several technical programs and initiatives each year for our Engineering Organisation across our Product portfolio. You will get an first-hand experience in driving the improvement of our processes throughout the development, validation and deployment lifecycle. You will be collaborating with stakeholders and understanding the components of delivering large features/ initiatives and their associated technical complexities. This role will provide you the opportunity to learn how to navigate complex situations while evaluating risks and aligning with business priorities. You will learn to manage tasks while working in a fast-paced environment and developing your technical expertise. Your responsibilities will include assisting in driving metrics improvement, learning to communicate the current status, and helping in delivering features to market.</p> <p class="p1">&nbsp;</p> <p class="p1"><strong>Responsibilities include:</strong></p> <p class="p1"><strong>Planning &amp; Execution:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p class="p1">- Assist in defining program scope, goals, milestones &amp; success metrics</p> <p class="p1">- Develop &amp; maintain project plans, schedules &amp; documentation</p> <p class="p1">- Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders</p> <p class="p1">- Create dashboards or reports to track progress, KPIs</p> <p class="p2">&nbsp;</p> <p class="p1"><strong>Coordination and Communication:</strong></p> <p class="p1">- Collaborate with Engineering and Product Leadership and functions such as Engineering, Product Management, Customer Support etc. to prioritize, plan, and deliver new features and products to the market.&nbsp;</
