The role is ideal for a research-oriented professional who understands how to create and manage targeted email outreach campaigns, identify high-value B2B prospects, connect with key decision-makers, and generate qualified leads through email. The position is based in Agra or Lucknow, with preference for candidates who are local to these locations. Responsibilities Research mid-size, large, and enterprise-level companies across relevant industries. Identify founders, CMOs, marketing directors, growth leads, and other business decision-makers. Build accurate and targeted B2B prospect databases using tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, and similar platforms. Plan and execute personalized email marketing and cold-email campaigns to generate qualified leads. Write clear, relevant, and compelling email messages based on each prospect's business needs, digital presence, and potential service gaps. Use email sequences, follow-ups, segmentation, and basic personalization to improve response and conversion rates. Monitor email delivery, open rates, click-through rates, replies, qualified leads, and lead-to-opportunity conversions. Qualify responses based on company size, industry, budget potential, growth stage, and service requirements. Maintain updated prospect and campaign records in CRM or lead-tracking systems. Coordinate with the Business Development Manager and provide complete information during lead handoff. Continuously improve email subject lines, messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies. Requirements 1-2 years of experience in email marketing, lead generation, B2B outreach, or enterprise prospecting.
