About the Company: Inspire Global Ventures is a fast-growing digital commerce company building performance-driven brands for a global audience. The company operates across multiple brands and leverages email marketing to drive customer retention, revenue growth, and lifecycle marketing. Responsibilities of the Candidate: Build, quality check, and schedule email campaigns across multiple brands using Klaviyo. Ensure campaign accuracy by validating links, UTMs, formatting, segmentation, and overall campaign quality. Monitor and maintain email flows, identify technical or performance issues, and ensure lifecycle campaigns remain up to date. Track campaign performance metrics, prepare reports, and proactively identify optimization opportunities. Organize campaign assets, documentation, naming conventions, and Google Drive folders. Maintain task updates, timelines, and campaign progress using Asana. Coordinate with design and marketing teams to execute email campaigns. Support list hygiene, segmentation updates, and campaign planning. Communicate execution updates, blockers, and workflow improvements to the Email Manager. Contribute to improving campaign execution processes and operational efficiency across brands. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in email marketing. Hands-on experience with Klaviyo is preferred. Experience with eCommerce or D2C brands is an advantage. Strong understanding of email marketing, lifecycle campaigns, segmentation, and email flows. Knowledge of UTM tracking, campaign setup, and email marketing best practices. Proficiency in Google Sheets and campaign reporting tools. Understanding of email performance metrics such as Open Rate (OR), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Click-to-Open Rate (CTO), Revenue Per Recipient (RPR), and revenue attribution.
