The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of email marketing strategies, audience segmentation and performance tracking to drive engagement and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Plan, design and execute email marketing campaigns (promotional, informational and transactional) Create engaging email content, subject lines and CTAs Manage email lists, segmentation and database hygiene Monitor email performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions, bounce rate) Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness Coordinate with design, content and sales teams for campaign execution Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and spam regulations Maintain campaign calendars and submit regular performance reports Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and retention. Requirements & Skills: Basic knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot, etc.) Understanding of email automation and drip campaigns Strong writing and proofreading skills Analytical mindset with attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Willingness to work from office in Dehradun.
