This internship provides exposure to email handling, chat support, customer queries, issue resolution, documentation, and professional communication. The role is suitable for candidates who are comfortable communicating in English, enjoy helping people, and can manage multiple customer conversations in an organized manner. Key Responsibilities • Respond to customer queries received through email and chat channels. • Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information. • Handle routine support requests according to company guidelines. • Communicate with customers in a polite, clear, and professional manner. • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required. • Maintain records of customer conversations and support activities. • Follow up on unresolved customer requests. • Ensure customer queries are addressed within the expected response time. • Use predefined processes and knowledge resources to resolve common issues. • Identify recurring customer concerns and report them to the team. • Assist with updating FAQs, support notes, and internal documentation. • Maintain confidentiality while handling customer information. • Manage multiple conversations without compromising response quality. • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer-related issues.
