Responsibilities Prepare and revise electrical design drawings, layouts, schematics, and documentation for contracting and industrial projects. Develop accurate 2D drawings using AutoCAD and coordinate drawing updates with project, site, and execution teams. Interpret technical requirements, electrical specifications, single-line diagrams, panel layouts, cable routes, and equipment arrangements. Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, vendors, and clients to resolve design queries and incorporate approved changes. Support quantity estimation, material planning, drawing checks, and preparation of as-built documentation where required. Ensure drawings follow project standards, applicable electrical practices, and internal quality and safety expectations. Requirements 1-3 years of experience in electrical design, drafting, or electrical contracting projects. Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D is mandatory. Understanding of electrical layouts, wiring diagrams, equipment drawings, and basic project documentation. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and communicate effectively with site and project teams. Good attention to detail, ownership of assigned drawings, and willingness to work from the Bommasandra Industrial Area in Bangalore. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity with an annual salary package of ₹2.5-3.5 lakh. The role is suited to an electrical design professional who can produce precise drawings and contribute effectively to electrical contracting project delivery.
