Electrical Design Engineer at iEngineering Group

Responsibilities of the Candidate: Develop and execute high-voltage electrical designs, including system layouts, schematics, and specifications. Conduct power system studies, including load flow analysis, short-circuit analysis, and protection coordination studies. Perform earthing system design and studies to ensure proper grounding and electrical safety. Conduct electrical audits to assess existing systems and recommend improvements. Prepare technical reports documenting design methodologies, analysis findings, and recommendations. Create and modify electrical designs, layouts, and drawings using AutoCAD. Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, calculations, and technical reporting. Ensure compliance with industry standards, electrical codes, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical support throughout project execution. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in electrical design, particularly in high-voltage systems, power system studies, earthing studies, and lightning protection studies. Proficiency in AutoCAD for electrical design and drafting. Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform and interpret power system studies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, calculations, and reporting. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to electrical design and safety.
