Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents regarding IT courses such as Programming, Web Development, Data Science, Networking, Cloud Computing, etc. Understand student career goals and suggest suitable courses. Handle inbound/outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries. Convert inquiries into admissions through effective follow-ups. Explain course details including syllabus, duration, fees, and career opportunities. Maintain student records and update admission data regularly. Coordinate with faculty and academic teams for batch management. Support student engagement and help improve retention. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of IT courses and career paths. Experience in counselling or sales (education sector preferred). Preferred Skills: Strong convincing and presentation skills. Ability to handle student queries confidently. Friendly and approachable personality. Good computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools)
