About this role
About the internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Monitoring new Shopify orders, verifying order details, and processing orders for fulfilment 2. Coordinating with packing and dispatch teams and tracking pending or problematic orders 3. Identifying stock discrepancies before dispatch and ensuring orders are processed within the required timelines 4. Generating customer invoices and maintaining accurate invoice and order records 5. Handling routine customer queries through WhatsApp, email, and phone regarding orders, deliveries, products, returns, and exchanges 6. Resolving routine customer issues independently and escalating cases requiring further approval 7. Managing return and exchange requests, coordinating with customers and fulfilment teams, and tracking pending cases 8. Monitoring inventory levels, updating stock records, and flagging potential stock-outs or discrepancies 9. Assisting with Shopify product listings, including uploading products, images, pricing, inventory, and product information 10. Maintaining product data, collections, and related spreadsheets accurately 11. Maintaining a daily operations tracker covering orders, stock issues, customer queries, returns, exchanges, dispatch issues, and other exceptions 12. Providing a concise daily operations summary to the founder 13.
