Responsibilities Review and validate documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Update and maintain accurate information in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems. Perform data entry and documentation with a high level of accuracy. Identify errors, discrepancies, or missing information and take appropriate action. Follow defined processes, quality standards, and guidelines. Maintain records and ensure information is properly organized and accessible. Meet assigned quality and productivity targets. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy. Work comfortably in a Non-Voice / Back-Office environment and adhere to required shift schedules. Requirements Minimum qualification: Graduation. Freshers with 0-6 months of experience are eligible. Good written English communication. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/MS Excel. Strong attention to detail. Good typing speed and accuracy. Organizational skills. Ability to read, understand, and process information accurately. Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts and from the office (WFO).
