Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Present and demonstrate our IT products and services to potential clients, highlighting their features and benefits. Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to enhance sales efforts and product offerings. Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new business opportunities. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in direct sales, preferably within the IT industry. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of sales principles, methods, and techniques. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and establish trust. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
