About this role

Key Responsibilities Make a minimum of 100 warm calls daily to prospective customers. Generate, manage, and follow up on 50+ Hot Leads every month. Understand customer requirements, budget, preferred location, and property needs. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers through calls and WhatsApp. Schedule and coordinate property/site visits for qualified customers. Present and explain property projects, specifications, pricing, and payment plans. Handle customer queries and objections professionally and work towards converting leads into sales. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions. Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets. Coordinate with the Sales Manager and team members for smooth lead handling and closures. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
