About this role
SHRPL is actively hiring for the role of Direct Sales Executive! Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base. Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media. Present and demonstrate product/service features and benefits to prospective clients in a compelling manner. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support. Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to meet revenue goals. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure customer needs are met. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions. Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and self-study.
