Responsibilities: Handle sales inquiries received via Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, and calls Follow up with leads and potential clients regularly Convert inquiries into bookings / sales through effective communication Build and maintain strong client relationships Share event / service details, pricing, and offerings with potential clients Maintain lead and client data in an organized manner Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client handling Use MS Office / Excel to manage basic records, reports, and follow-ups Respond to leads promptly and maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients Convert inquiries into bookings / sales through effective communication and relationship building Maintain and update lead records, client details, and follow-up status Build and manage strong relationships with clients to ensure a smooth sales experience Coordinate with the internal team for bookings, customer queries, and client requirements Use MS Office / Excel for maintaining basic reports, lead data, and sales tracking Ensure timely communication with clients and resolve basic queries professionally Requirements Sales and client handling Instagram communication / DM handling WhatsApp communication and follow-up Strong verbal and written communication Follow-up and lead management Calling and customer interaction Basic knowledge of MS Office
