Direct Sales Executive at NoBroker

Responsibilities Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects. Sell products by establishing contact, developing relationships with prospects, and recommending solutions. Conduct outbound calls using data collected through lead generation activities and secondary data sources. Follow up daily on older leads and work on new leads. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards. Be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organization. Qualification / Education and Other Requirements Education: Any undergraduate degree (BBA, B.Tech, B.A., etc.). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal skills, numerical ability, and analytical skills. Strong decision-making skills. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word. Should be flexible to work day shifts with 9 hours of login time between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Comfortable working 6 days a week, with the weekly off on weekdays. Working Time 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Work Policy & Conditions 6 days of working (office-based). Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days. One rotational weekly off between Monday and Thursday. No leaves during the training period. First 3 months will be a probation period. No long leaves during the probation period.
