Digital Marketing Internship at EdLightened

The EdLightened Story: EdLightened was started to bridge the gap between in-class learning and real-world applications. The company has pivoted and kept its growing community of learners happy. We are now at a stage where we want to expand our reach and in India and abroad. Launching new courses and identifying both B2B and B2C opportunities is the need of the hour. Unlike some new-age start-ups we are profitable. What are we looking for? We are interested in hiring interns who have the knowledge and capability in the following areas GoodAdwords Hubspot Google Analytics Facebook Vernacular (if you know multiple languages it is great) What is the role? Build the EdLightened social network and extract ROI from social capital. It is challenging because we like to keep EdLightened profitable as we have done in the past 3 years. You will be designing, launching, and managing campaigns. You will be building the social network and community presence. You will be interacting with the software team for creating CRM systems. You will be owning the marketing ROI. You will be doing product development and speaking to people to enhance our partnerships. You will be creating a pipeline for B2B both college and companies. You will be ensuring a healthy contact rate on B2C. You will be meeting with investors and seeing how VCs operate. Will I fit? Only if you and I speak will we know if you fit or not. In the past interns have made 10K-20K and we hope the suitable candidate can cross these figures and set a new benchmark. Our philosophy is to reward interns instead of spending money on paid ads (unless necessary). We are thinking of ESOPs for our long-term employees but that will depend on the Board.
