What is expected of you ● Familiarity with handling social media like Facebook, Instagram, Discord, and Telegram. ● Implement strategies to amplify posts on social media platforms for better reach. ● Engage on our social media platforms, and do A/B testing with Creatives & copies for better results. ● Monitoring all social media platforms for trending news and ideas. ● Engagement across game pools on our website regularly to accumulate insights for the betterment of the product and reporting to the Product Development Head. ● Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns and compile datasets to deduce actionable insights. ● Assist in marketing and advertising promotional strategies & activities (e.g. social media, direct mail, etc..) ● Ideate, organize, execute & report marketing efforts. ● Tell our story to the world and communicate what makes us unique to our community Requirements ● Currently enrolled in any graduate/ Postgraduate course for marketing or a similar field. ● Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive. ● Basic understanding of different marketing techniques. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills ● Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) ● Creative problem-solving skills ● Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; specifically, Excel Perks & Benefits ● Earn Rs. 500 to 2000/- every week upon completing each level of task to level up for more earnings. ● Certificate of Internship upon completion ● Hands-On learning opportunity in a growing startup ● Learn & Earn by participating in our gameplay separately. ● 1 Internship - 4 different Experiences in Digital Marketing, Content Management, Community Manager, and Research ● Outstanding performers shall be offered On-site paid internships. ● Pre-Placement Offers (for best performing candidates) You will be promoted to the role of Community Manager (Full Time - Paid Position)
