About the Role: We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage online campaigns, strengthen our digital presence, and support fundraising and awareness initiatives. The role involves working closely with the content and design teams to develop impactful campaigns that drive engagement and achieve organizational objectives. Responsibilities of the Candidate: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms. Support fundraising and awareness campaigns through digital marketing initiatives. Manage both paid and organic marketing campaigns. Coordinate with the content and design teams to develop campaign creatives. Ensure the timely delivery of campaign assets. Maintain consistency in brand messaging and communication across all channels. Manage and grow the organization's social media presence. Monitor audience engagement, comments, and community interactions. Track campaign performance and key marketing metrics. Prepare performance reports and optimize campaign strategies based on insights. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Recommend new campaign ideas and continuous improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Knowledge of social media marketing and digital campaign execution. Basic understanding of SEO and SEM. Familiarity with Canva and marketing analytics tools. Strong communication and coordination skills. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
