Job Summary: We are looking for a Marketing Executive who can manage digital marketing activities, social media, performance marketing, and marketing communication for drivers, truck owners, and transporters. The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, and comfortable handling both online and offline marketing activities. Roles & Responsibilities: Manage and grow ReeRoute's social media presence across relevant platforms. Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns to generate leads and improve brand reach. Create engaging marketing content and communication for drivers, truck owners, and transporters. Plan and execute ATL & BTL marketing activities. Support company outreach and brand awareness initiatives. Develop campaigns to attract and engage new drivers, truck owners, and transport partners. Coordinate with internal teams to understand marketing requirements and business goals. Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports. Conduct market research and track industry trends and competitor activities. Support promotional campaigns, events, ground activities, and partner engagement programs. Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and other marketing partners when required. Required Skills: 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a similar role. Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing and Performance Marketing. Good communication and content-writing skills. Understanding of ATL/BTL marketing activities. Ability to create engaging communication for drivers, truckers, and transporters. Strong coordination and execution skills. Creative, proactive, and result-oriented approach.
