Roles: Assist in executing branding, marketing, and social media campaigns to enhance Kasturi Creations' brand visibility. Support the Business Development team in lead generation, partnership outreach, and franchise/business opportunities. Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms while monitoring trends and audience engagement. Responsibilities: Develop marketing collaterals, coordinate photoshoots, and maintain brand consistency across digital and offline channels. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and assist in identifying new business and collaboration opportunities. Plan, schedule, and analyze social media content performance while responding to customer engagement and queries. Requirements: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Fashion, or a related field. Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills with a keen interest in branding, digital marketing, and business development. Basic knowledge of Canva, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube; familiarity with Meta Ads or design tools is an added advantage.
