Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime for users. Assist with user account management, password resets, and access permissions. Document support activities, resolutions, and procedures accurately. Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex issues and learn advanced troubleshooting techniques. Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards. Requirements: 1 year of experience in desktop support or a similar IT support role. Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues on various operating systems (Windows, macOS). Familiarity with network fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
