Document IT procedures and configurations. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems. Requirements: Minimum 1+ years of experience in IT hardware and network support or desktop engineering. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Experience with network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.
