About this role
Overview Are you passionate about technology, customer experience, and sales ? We're looking for an energetic Demonstration Specialist to represent premium audio/video products and create exceptional customer experiences at the store. What You'll Do: Demonstrate and explain products to customers Understand customer requirements and recommend the right solutions Achieve store sales targets Deliver engaging product demonstrations Maintain product displays and store presentation Handle pre-sales and post-sales customer queries Support invoicing, payments, delivery and installation coordination Coordinate with store teams, vendors and internal departments What We're Looking For: Excellent communication skills Passion for technology and selling Strong customer-service mindset Patience, adaptability and persuasion skills High energy and willingness to take initiative Integrity and clarity of thought Comfortable working weekends and retail shifts Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 10 days' notice preferred
