About the Company Lead Life Learning is hiring for a customer-facing opportunity in the premium technology and audio products industry. This full-time role offers freshers and experienced candidates the chance to build expertise in consumer electronics, product presentation, retail sales, and customer relationship management. Responsibilities Demonstrate and explain the features, benefits, and functionality of premium audio and video products. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products based on their preferences and requirements. Deliver engaging product demonstrations and contribute to individual and store-level sales targets. Build lasting customer relationships through clear communication, product knowledge, and attentive service. Handle customer questions about product features, pricing, warranty, and availability. Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, including invoicing, payments, delivery, and installation coordination. Maintain demo units, product displays, and overall store presentation. Coordinate with store teams, vendors, and internal departments to support smooth operations. Stay informed about product specifications, launches, and relevant industry trends. Requirements Freshers and experienced candidates may apply. Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving skills. Strong interest in technology, audio/video products, and consumer electronics. Ability to explain technical features in a simple, engaging manner.
