Responsibilities Maximize sales of audio and video products at the store while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. Achieve store targets and evaluate walk-in customer requirements using customer engagement standards. Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations in line with predefined guidelines. Maintain store hygiene, display aesthetics, and ensure all demo units are fully functional. Manage inventory, bank payment reconciliations, and handle back-office operational tasks. Oversee post-sales activities including invoicing, product deliveries, installations, and payment collections. Coordinate with vendors, logistics teams, mall management, and internal cross-functional departments. Address customer escalations and respond to queries or emails promptly within 24 hours. Requirements Strong passion for consumer technology and modern audio/video systems with a natural flair for consultative selling. Prior experience in retail sales, store operations, or customer service (fresher to experienced candidates welcome). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. High energy, customer-centric attitude, adaptability, and initiative. Willingness to work flexible shift timings and store hours on weekends. Industry: Retail / Consumer Electronics.
