About this role
About the internship: We're looking for a data-driven, curious Data Analyst Intern to support our E-commerce team. You'll work with sales, traffic, and customer data across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and our own D2C website to uncover insights that directly influence pricing, promotions, listings, and growth strategy. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, spotting patterns, and using AI tools to work faster and smarter. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Track and analyze daily/weekly/monthly e-commerce sales, traffic, and conversion metrics across platforms. 2. Build and maintain dashboards and reports (Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools where applicable) for leadership review. 3. Monitor product listing performance pricing, ratings, returns, stock-outs and flag anomalies. 4. Analyze customer behavior data to support marketing and merchandising decisions. 5. Conduct competitor and marketplace benchmarking (pricing, promotions, category trends). 6. Support A/B testing and campaign performance analysis. 7. Clean, organize, and validate large datasets from multiple sources. 8. Use AI tools to accelerate data cleaning, analysis, summarization, and reporting. 9. Present findings in clear, actionable formats to non-technical stakeholders.
