About this role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing data to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of IBM SPSS, SQL, Microsoft Power BI, and Python , along with a strong understanding of data analysis, statistical techniques, data visualization, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources. Perform statistical analysis using IBM SPSS . Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from databases. Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI . Create data models, calculated measures, KPIs, and visualizations in Power BI. Use Python for data cleaning, exploratory data analysis, automation, and statistical analysis. Identify trends, patterns, correlations, and anomalies within datasets. Prepare regular and ad-hoc analytical reports for management and business teams. Translate business requirements into meaningful analytical solutions. Validate data accuracy and maintain data quality. Present analytical findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner. Automate repetitive reporting and data-processing tasks wherever possible. Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
