About the Company Heaven Nova Talent Solutions is hiring a Customer Support Executive - Chat Process to join a customer-focused operations team in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities Handle customer queries and requests through chat with speed, accuracy, and professionalism. Provide clear written resolutions and guide customers through appropriate service processes. Support service-related and sales-related interactions while maintaining a positive customer experience. Record relevant interaction details and follow established quality and process guidelines. Maintain customer-friendly communication across 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts when scheduled. Requirements Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Qualification: 10+3 Diploma, HSC, or any graduate qualification. Strong written and spoken English communication skills. Basic computer knowledge and comfort with chat-based systems. Good customer-handling, listening, and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to work five days a week in 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
