Responsibilities Respond to customer queries through the assigned support channel in a courteous and timely manner. Understand customer concerns, provide accurate information, and resolve issues within defined processes. Record conversations, requests, and resolutions accurately in the relevant systems. Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate team while maintaining ownership until handover. Meet assigned quality, productivity, attendance, and customer service standards. Follow company policies, data-handling requirements, and approved communication guidelines. Requirements Freshers and candidates with prior customer support or BPO experience may apply. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage. Good listening ability, patience, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first attitude. Basic computer proficiency and comfort working with customer service applications. Willingness to work full-time from the Bangalore office and learn process-specific workflows. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Koramangala, Bangalore, offering a fixed monthly CTC of ₹21,000. The selected candidate will receive process training and ongoing guidance to help build a strong career in customer support and BPO operations.
