Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Take the extra mile to engage customers. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Requirements : Freshers are welcome to apply. Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English are mandatory.
