About the Role As a Customer Support Associate, you will help business customers by answering their questions over the phone. Your goal is to solve customer issues, provide excellent service, and ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities Answer customer calls and provide support. Qualifications 0-2 years of experience (Freshers can apply). Work Details Location: Work from Office - Perungalathur, Chennai. Shift: Rotational shifts (Day & Night). Work Schedule: 5 working days and 2 rotational weekly offs.
