Responsibilities Handle customer queries through calls, chat, or email. Provide accurate information about products and services. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. Record customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required. Follow company policies and quality standards during every interaction Act as the first point of contact for customers. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns. Stay updated with company products, services, and processes. Requirements Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
