About the Role: We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team and support our US-based clients. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in international client communication, sales support, and relationship management, while working closely with experienced professionals in a structured, training-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with US-based clients through calls, emails, and other business communication channels. Handle customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and relationship-building activities. Learn and apply sales strategies and client relationship management practices. Understand customer requirements and support client satisfaction. Develop negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Learn international business communication standards and professional client handling practices. Work closely with experienced professionals and receive practical training. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Willingness to work night shift hours to align with US time zones. Basic computer literacy: comfortable with email, MS Office/Google Workspace, and internet-based tools. Strong listening skills and a customer-first attitude. Ability to stay composed and professional under pressure. Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a US-facing role is a plus, but not mandatory-freshers are welcome to apply.
